Guys often ask me in my column to describe the perfect man. Is there such a thing or it just a cliché…a silly ideal that no man should even waste his time trying to attain? Do you remember that movie with Bo Derek years ago - "10"? It may be hard to do, but I DO know a few perfect 10's who are men - and while they are all ATTRACTIVE guys, it's not only their looks that makes them so sexy - so don't let that stop you from going for it! Let's look at some of the other important traits of a phenomenally sexy and sensual guy who makes beautiful women MELT even if at first blush he may not be her type physically speaking.

Women love a spiritual guy. Not necessarily a religious thing though…more of a man who feels some sense of purpose to his life. A connection, a sense of destiny is a powerful and VERY amorous thing in a guy…while most men whittle away worrying about nonsense and small stuff. Occasionally you will come in contact with a guy who's connected to some larger purpose. Simply stated - this is very appealing - and all women (at least the kind YOU want) will find this hard to resist.

A Passionate guy will make me weak. Women love a guy who just gets involved and takes what he wants….Men with passion and conviction are very appealing as well. Hey - look at Bill Clinton all those years before he became President..:-) He was never the best looking guy in room - but women just fall over themselves for a guy who is smart, savvy and full of energy. The truth is - you can find yours, and regardless of what you LOOK like - your urgency and achievement will make all sorts of women you THINK are out of your range come falling at your feet! Trust me, on this I am sure!

And the last thing I'll mention here is Power. And I don't' necessarily mean the kind of power you are thinking of - although it's hard to argue that status, money and social position can't take a very average man and making him INSTANTLY alluring and amorous….But I am talking about the kind of power than comes with confidence…that sense of calm, self - assuredness and just "it" that some guys have. This is the thing guys - if you have to master on thing, it's to carry yourself with killer confidence. Beautiful women, given any group of options will ALWAYS fall for the confident guy ahead of the pretty one - so I don't care what you look like on the outside - if you can capture your charisma quickly - you are going to get your way with women everywhere, I promise!

Now I know some of you guys are REALLY interested in the absolute quickest ways to get that girl you've got your eye on in the mood…and not pull any punches in the process! I'm going to be TOTALLY honest with you..if you've mastered some of the various techniques we've been discussing, you ARE going to be getting further…much FASTER than your friends. But in this article we want to sort of touch on our "tease" and "timing" technique to get her home in a hurry, and ready for a fast foray into the sensual sexy secrets I've been sharing all along.

Remember - she's most likely attracted to you…even if she's playing hard to get. You need to incorporate our "tease" technique to sort of ferret out just how MUCH interest she is showing. Allude to little things or surprises you have in store for her. Talk about things in your apartment in an offhand way….give her small knowing smiles of secret and sultry camaraderie an watch her reaction. Look - you have her in the palm of your hand. She wants to leave..you want to leave…but occasionally there are small SOCIAL norms or accepted "rules" before you both hightail it out of there. I say not. Timing is exactly what YOU make of it. And another secret that we've covered before…women LOVE an assertive, take control man. In the right set of circumstances…a simple "let's get out of here" is both very powerful - AND very SEXY too!

This article is a little bit about moving on, and maybe even moving on up ( just like the Jefferson's only with your relationships:-)  if you find yourself on the dumped end of a breakup.  It's never fun, that's for sure - and for the guys out there, I know it's often inconveivable to think your girl has moved on.  Let's take a look at what may have happened, what you MAY be able to turn it around…and if not, what you CAN do to ensure it doesn't happen again!  Enjoy!

Ok guys…everyone gets rejected at some point or another in life, and for sure in relationships. You find me ONE man ( or woman) who hasn't felt the heartbreak of a being on the wrong end of a bad break up, and I'll show you someone who hasn't lived an ounce. You want to know why? It's very simple. Living and loving your way through life and relationships will invariably lead to many learning experiences…and ultimately, MANY of the very best kinds are dealt through what appears to be a dirty hand. Nonetheless, there are a few things you CAN do to minimize the chances of alienating the girl YOU are into, and hopefully negating the effect of a nasty breakup.

• Jealousy. Look, just like Kermit once so eloquently said - it's not easy being green..:-) But even worse, it's terrible to be on the receiving end of a man who is preoccupied with your life - rather than their own. If you are extremely jealous and possessive…chances are she's going to hightail it out of there at some point.
•  Bland & Boring: Guys..the one thing you NEED to do is keep it INTERESTING…and I mean, the spicier the better! Most men grow way too comfortable…way too fast, and to be honest with you, Women crave excitement. If you aren't providing any, she will find someone who will.

And of course there are always more, and each individual set of circumstances can yield it's very own particular reasons why she has moved on, and you are left holding the pity party bag. My advice to you is simple! Life is short. There are MANY women out there, right now…who are beautiful, sensual and WANT to meet someone just like you. It's time you got up and got her. Action is SEXY, I promise she will agree!

One of the biggest problems ALL of us face after a bad breakup is wallowing in regret, remorse and self pity. If your girlfriend has dumped you and moved on to greener pastures, it's MUCH easier to sit around and pout and think she's coming back…then it is to get off of your rear end and actually do something positive about the situation. Lets' take a closer look at a few of the things you can do right now to turn a bad situation around fast…AND, if your lucky, have her coming back to you on bended knee for a reconciliation as well.

1) If she's left you, DO NOT call her, write letters or contact her friends. Sure, this works great in the movies, and yes - if there are things that need to be said straight away, say them. But two weeks down the road, a month later, etc…getting a late night phone call is NOT going to have her change her mind, I guarantee you. So spare yourself the embarrassment and save your cell phone minutes for someone who will appreciate it.

2) If you DO want her back…the very BEST way is to simply go out and play the field. Meet other women, go out to bars, restaurants and other places that are fun, social and entertaining. Hook up with old friends you haven't seen in a while. ENJOY your life. This is contagious, trust me. And it gets around. If she's not doing the same thing, she WILL eventually hear about your fun, fantastic new attitude…and she'll wonder if it was HER problem all along. No matter how many times I hear people say - " I want you to be happy"..trust me when I tell you, they don't. If they break up with you, they would prefer you are miserable, at least for a while..:-) Unless she is a saint, she is no different. 

Remember, it's all about your mental landscape. What you believe, your inner world reflects your outer world. This is the true secret to not only getting over her fast…but getting WHATEVER you want after she's gone as well.
